12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict of law provisions.

The courts of Munich, Germany, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date below. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
